I think that standard business ethics is impossible to achieve internationally. Culture varies from society to society. For a variety of reasons, cultural changes depend on economic and legal factors. We believe that business ethics will never become universal as political and legal factors play a decisive role for each culture. Consider an example of Chinese government's inspection of online information. Google is very concerned about the Chinese market as many web pages are blocked in this area.
The journal discusses different levels of ethical practices that companies should depict in the Chinese market. We will examine the influence of foreign entrepreneurs on investment in China market. Du Pui, M. & Prime, N. (1996). Business Distance and Global Retail: International Journal of Model Retail Distribution Management, 24 (11): 30-38 for analyzing the main factors of success / failure. The journal discusses various business risks and uncertainties attracted by foreign investment. The authors analyzed specific factors that led to the success and failure of the retail industry in international markets. Hu, H. & Allen, WC (2005). Religion in the world: Taoism
Business ethics gradually entered the public topic of China; academic interest in this field began in the late 1980s or the early 1990s (Tao 1999: 8). According to 195 (1997), the first survey on Chinese business ethics took place in 1995. 196 Although some scholars have adopted the concept of Western ethics (Tao 1999: 8), I strongly believe that business ethics should have "the characteristics of China". (Ma W 1996: 50; Zhou Zhongzhi 2001: 25; Lu Xiaohe of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences). As pointed out by Enderle (2001), the special difficulties in finding a common ethical foundation in China are mainly attributed to the Confucian heritage and the history of the socialist regime (see above) and the recent multiculturalism . International Impact Next, I will explain these three factors.
