The Company prepares Consolidated Financial Statements (FS) based on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) adopted by the European Union. Since 1989, the company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and must comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Act of 1933 and 1934.
