Let's see. Interpersonal conflict occurs when one or more people defeat or interfere with others' goals. In the business environment, interpersonal conflict involves disturbing work and goals. Conflict is divided into behavioral elements, cognitive elements, and emotional elements. Relationship contradiction is an inconsistency related to personality contradiction or emotional contradiction between two or more people and task contradiction includes policy inconsistency, resource assignment, or how to complete the task.

Disputes are one of the most serious business acts in the world. Conflict is the reality that all companies need to reconsider, which is a natural result when people with different personality and skills work together. Conflict is not a matter of winning or losing, it is a problem to some extent, conflicts of work may also produce good results. At the company level, it is common to use collaborative and problem-solving methods to manage conflicts, but workarounds may be used to resolve conflicts between individuals. According to the OB Skills Workbook, Evaluation 20, my personal conflict management preference uses adaptation or smoothing and a compromise strategy. There is no common strategy to match between my companies, but I would like to change and I would like to enter the learning phase of collaborative conflict resolution.
