INTRODUCTION The big problem faced by companies around the world in today's society is bullying in the workplace. Almost every workplace has a bully. In today's world there are different lifestyles, and usually I think that it is their job to promote the work of one person by another person. What is bullying at work? Why are these people bullying? Who are the bullies and the victims? How can I prevent bullying? These are some questions I will answer in this article. Personally, I think that there is no room for bullying in the workplace.

What is bullying at work? Also, who is affected?
