When discussing school violence, bullying and sexual harassment may not be immediately imaginable, but this is the two most extensive and widespread problems facing school today. The term "bullying" is reminiscent of harmless scholarship rights, but today's survey shows that bullying has many families and social problems. In addition, in today's modern world, bullying not only requested classmates for lunch fees, but also found ways to find victims long after leaving the campus using the Internet.
Recent studies have shown that bullying and harassment are common and widely practiced in secondary schools. In the first study of both bullying and sexual harassment, researchers found that about 52% of students were bullied at school and 35% were receiving sexual harassment (Gruber & Finen, 2008). Students who questioned homosexuality, lesbian, bisexuality, and sexual orientation were receiving bullying (79%) and sexual harassment (71%) than other students (Gruber & Finen, 2008). Finally, Gruber & Finen (2008) concluded that sexual harassment is less frequent than bullying but has a greater impact on health factors such as self-esteem, mental health, physical health, traumatic symptoms and substance abuse . Most bullying research and intervention programs do not clearly address issues related to gender and sexual orientation, which are often persistent even in these forms of harassment (Meyer, 2007a).
Sexual harassment is a type of bullying. It is very common in today's school, like our whole society. Sexual harassment takes a variety of forms, from gossip, graffiti, 'seshi', 'stroke, capture' to compulsive acts. Even "exciting" forms of sexual harassment will destroy the child's pride for a long time. However, a bully can skillfully hide what he is doing. Prevention is more effective than trying to catch bullying with actions. From the first day of your run, let your students know that you will not allow insults or give up. Following this rule everyday will create a bad environment on your bus. It will offer you a more enjoyable bus tour to your students and you.
