Teams One of the team's definitions is "a small number of people with shared goals, goals of shared achievements, and complementary skills devoted to the way they are responsible" (Moorhead & Griffin, 2001, p. 604). Another definition is "a group of two or more entities connected by a common tie to promote common goals" (Chillis, 1999). The problem the DREAM team wants to solve first is to build a successful team. In the 2000s I began to make the DVD consistent with the list of DVDs that people needed, (see zip.ca). The technical name of this DVD assignment problem is a transport problem. Considering the physical limitations of a particular DVD that can only be mailed to one person at a time, the idea is to maximize the happiness of everyone. Likewise, in the case of DREAM, one person can only satisfy one person's duties with one job, and one can only do so much work. In order to adapt a person to a role, we use a regression analysis to provide a health score for each potential candidate in the candidate list. This represents the possibility that they will work well at work. The match score of the target person and work is based on the history (experience) that the person has done in the past and the history of the type of person who works well with this kind of role. Use clusters to 'discover' people and role types
