Building and maintaining effective teams Leaders and managers face new challenges in this rapidly changing technology, market driven decision-making, customer maturity, and employee anxiety. Organizations need to build new structures and master new skills to compete and survive. As the workplace environment becomes more complex and involves more interpersonal interactions, the impact of personal effort is even smaller. Collective efforts are needed to improve efficiency and efficiency.
