CEMEX is a global building material company. We manufacture and sell cement and ready-mixed concrete. In CEMEX, building materials are distributed to over 50 countries all over the world [1]. Established in Mexico in 1906, the first cement factory was established, and the head office of the world is also in San Pedro Garza Garcia. In 40 years, CEMEX can increase cement production to about 124,000 tons per day [2]. By 1989, CEMEX has become one of the top ten cement producers in the world.
Summary - Sustainable development is necessary to consider sustainable development as the construction industry has a strong impact on the environment. Sustainable construction is a way for the construction industry to achieve sustainable development while taking environmental, socioeconomic and cultural issues into consideration. Literature review is an independent theme of "sustainable construction" and "small business". These two themes provide authors with deep knowledge of the development and problems of sustainable buildings, the nature and characteristics of small businesses and the innovative approach to buildings. Combining the knowledge and knowledge of the two perspectives, the authors discussed in detail the "obstacles" faced by small and medium enterprises in carrying out sustainable building technology and practice.
Currently it is widely believed that barriers facing small and medium enterprises are being studied when introducing sustainable buildings. Therefore, the authors would like to conduct research in this field, explore the level of understanding and implementation of SMEs in sustainable buildings and determine the barriers involved. The results of this survey should encourage construction industry SMEs that the construction industry to implement sustainable building principles and technologies, as recommended by the UK Government to build better quality of life I hope.
