Building a Positive Rapport between the Family and the Social Worker

In order to build a positive work relationship between family and social workers it is important to build a relationship of trust so that the family can feel relaxed before evaluating or before starting work. Social Worker / Counselor: A social worker or counselor will help students solve problems encountered at school and at home. Social workers can work with children, parents, or the whole family.
