Imagine you are returning to your growing house, but now live with your spouse and two children. The community uses an architectural project to build a better school system for people living there. Everyone in the school district can contribute to the development of the school using this platform, but people with children as well as you have greater opinion on implementation change. Please think that the school is using an obsolete course for the science course. As a biologist, you will have more knowledge about industry-related content than an outdated trainer and you can create suggestions to make school biology curriculum changes more relevant.
One of my favorite projects is to collaborate with the system of the University of Montana to create a common course numbering system to streamline student movement from system school to system school. I offered 2 years of aid to the teacher and registrar meeting, and after every meeting I heard this comment: "This is the most productive meeting I have ever seen." Time; I call it a rock star time (RSM). I am talking about the concrete experience that allows you to leave your smile knowing that you have nailed it and that you truly made a greater contribution to yourself. Please bring your school together to find a scavenger to understand each other well, build empathy, and build a new connection. The team tracks the clues of the whole school and completes various activities related to sympathy. Each activity can be set up as a school workstation with envelopes and materials. Activity example: Students can get clues about staff. When they guess exactly who their clues are, they explain how the envelope interviews and go to the staff's office waiting to listen. Then the students ask questions about the staff, their dreams, and the issues that make their roles interesting or sometimes challenging.
