Buddhism: The Three Characteristics of Existence

There are 3 features. This is an important part of Buddha's teachings. The teaching of these three features is part of what can be called doctrine of wisdom. In other words, we will consider this teaching when talking about the knowledge and understanding implied by wisdom. The three features that exist in our mind are the characteristics of Anitya, Duhkha, and Anatma. These three features are always present in existence or related to existence, and they convey the essence of existence to us.

Buddhism has developed three major types in its long history, and each of them has its own characteristics and spiritual ideals. Hinaana Buddhism or basic Buddhism is the earliest Buddhism out of three, emphasizing the necessity of religious life to earn relief and spiritual liberty for themselves. That member believes that Hinayana Buddhist believers pursue pass which most ordinary people can not comply, and teaches everyone to be compensated Mahayana ("big car"). Practitioners of Vajrayana ("Diamond Car") or Buddhist Tantra believe that people can achieve enlightenment in their lifetime. These three schools are not mutually exclusive, but they emphasize a different approach.

Religion of Buddhism and monotheism has a totally different view of life. Buddhism teaches the eternal life that spans the three, past, present and future existence. Based on the intrinsic (karma) and extrinsic (environmental conditions), it teaches all beings to experience the cycle of eternal birth and death, either sensuous or emotional. Buddhism does not teach creation doctrines and supreme beings, as each person exists for past reasons. A genuine Buddhist practitioner is aware that the present and future destiny of people depend entirely on past and present causes.
