Buddha and his sermon

Hindu Kshatriya, warned by the Brahmin Prophet, asked his son to leave the house to live in the forest. His son is Gotama Siddhartha and is called Buddha by most historians. It is said that the first Buddhist sermon was done for a short time after his enlightenment. The preaching includes four lofty truths, eight ways, the middle of the way, and ultimately a Buddhist religious way of life. Siddhartha was so escaped that he began his journey to find a place to suit his life, and through this process he became very open-minded.

At first, nobody understood the truth in the Buddha, but the king of the gods (at the Pantheon of Hinduism) Brahma persuaded him to teach him what he learned, and the Buddha was close to Sarnat I did his first sermon at. Varanasi (northern India). In preaching, he explained the basic principles of Buddhism - four sacred and eight ways. Buddhism spread rapidly in Asia, Southeast Asia, Tibet, China, and South Korea, arriving in Japan around 520-550 AD. Buddhism came to the United States in the 19th century and influenced Emerson, Thoreau, Olds Huxley and Eric Come. In Europe, great thinkers such as Jung, Heidigger, Toynbee and others were impressed by Buddhism. Many American intellectuals adopted a Buddhist way to find ways to tame "hearts of mind" easily caused by excess material.

The Buddha told his first sermon about the fellows who accompanied him in his walk. The first sermon became a revolutionary event in the history of world religion. Among them, he listed the four main points he understood during enlightenment. He called these ideas four sacred holies. First, life is full of pain and sorrow. Secondly, all causes of suffering are people's selfish desire for temporary happiness in the world. Third, the way to end all suffering is to end all desires. Fourth, the way to overcome this desire and enlightenment is to follow the so-called midway path between the desire and self denial.

The last few days of Buddha is explained in detail in ancient text called Mahaparinirvana Sutra. We were told that the Buddha visited Vaishali where he was sick and almost dead. Some say that the Buddha announced his last sermon here. After restoration, the Buddha went to Kushunagar. On the way he accepted a meal called Cunda by Smith. When he arrived at Kushinagaru, he is advised to continue to the end of the activity to his disciples, and died at last.
