Booker T. Washington thinks that after getting educated and becoming an industry businessman, black people should gather respect gradually. W. E. B Du Bois requested it more and he also believed that they should make every effort to win the respect they need. Despite the difference between Booker and W. E. B, the Booker strategy is more suitable for this period, and W. E. B wants blacks to make some sacrifice to achieve their goals. The strategy adopted by Booker T Washington at the Atlanta's compromise is that he hopes to learn trade to all blacks, they are teaching these skills and want to use them.

W. E. B. Dubois and Booker T. Washington The two major leaders of the African American community in the late 19th and early 20th century were W. E. B. Dubois and Booker T. Washington. - Booker T.
