Initially the institution was surrounded by confidentiality, so it was difficult to free the institution from the ground to meet the purpose of the purpose. By the end of 1909, however, Cummings was able to successfully establish an organization dedicated to the collection of foreign secret information (Jeffery, 2010). The agency was due to the idea of Cummings, but in the beginning of 1909, when the Subcommittee made plans to return the UK to the information gathering business, the wheels began to rotate.
MI 6 or Military Intelligence 6 found its origin in 1909. MI 6 is a secret intelligence service (SIS) which is similar to the central information intelligence agency of the United States, which is a British representative foreign information organization. This organization is more sensitive than a security agency or MI 5 which is a US counterpart organization or other prominent member of the UK intelligence agency. Although their functions are independent of each other, the origins of MI 6 and MI 5, and the majority of their history are the world war and the Cold War. However, since the early 1990s, MI 5 has established an open attitude to British citizens and MI 6 is still alarmed about the details of its activities. The Iraq war is a good example.
The secret operations of the British in the Baltic countries that began in 1944 against the Nazis escalated after the war. In the jungle strategy, the Secret Intelligence Service (known as MI 6) recruited and trained Estonians, Latvians and Lithuanians for secret work in Bosnian countries from 1948 to 1955. The leaders of the action are Alfons Rebane, Stasys thymindas, Rūdolfs Silarājs. These agents are transported under the protection of the Baltic Sea Fisheries Protection Agency in the UK. They were launched from the British Navy Germany and assembled and transported by former members of the former German Navy using a modified World War II electronic ship. British intelligence agencies also entered Russia through Finland's border zone training and invasion of anti-communists, ordered the assassination of Soviet officials. Finally, Kim Philby 's counter information provided to KGB allowed KGB to penetrate and ultimately control the entire information network of MI 6 in the Baltic countries.
