A: I was a biological teacher who originally worked in Sri Lanka and the Middle East. After returning to Sri Lanka in 2006, I established a website design company but it did not succeed. After that, I joined the business world, led a private higher education institution, and finished my work in just two years. After that, I joined the British Council as a regional manager in India - Sri Lanka, afterwards I took charge of various positions devoted to fostering young graduate entrepreneurial spirit and skills. I work closely with government agencies and top businessmen in Sri Lanka. I traveled with young people to every corner of the country. I planned policy dialogue, business planning competition, large-scale conference, and Hackasson (even before hacking, even Sri Lanka). From 2012 to 13, I discovered a contemporary concept of sustainable development, social innovation, social enterprise. This is the moment of insight for me. It changed my view of life
