INTRODUCTION Queensland has experienced the worst drought in the past century. This period is the same as the rapid growth of the city's population. The combination of serious drought and rapid population growth had a permanent impact on the city's water management strategy. By 2050, the population of Brisbane is expected to reach 5 million people. This report aims to study how the relationship between Brisbane's water resources and population growth affect society, the economy and the environment.

The Brisbane River is the longest river in southeast Queensland, Australia. It started from the mountains of Great Split, flowed through Brisbane and then drained water to Morton Bay. This river was named after John Oxley 's New South Wales governor, Thomas Brisbane. This river is a major means of transportation from Brisbane to Sydney. Prior to settling in Europe, the Brisbane River was very clean and not contaminated. It is then used as a food source for entertainment purposes. For a long time, the growth and settlement of the people around the Brisbane River had a negative effect on water quality and the lives it supports (Straughan 1972, p. 93). With the development of the town of Brisbane, the river became very obscured and polluted, but by 1928 the water quality got worse and even the bath was no longer safe.
In this article, I will explain the water pollution of the Brisbane River and its impact on the environment and human health. We will create indicators focusing on environmental impact and vulnerability. The council and the industry will influence the Brisbane River through pollution without taking appropriate precautions. This paper examines the presence of pollutants and the number of major pollutants. In this article I will explain the various industrial pollutants in the Brisbane River. It affects the entire river and surrounding water. These pollutants are usually solved in various ways. The benefits of effective environmental management include improving the working conditions of water and reducing pollution events by industrial processes and structural processes. Some environmental supporters of water ecotourism deal with real estate development in natural areas and choose to maintain their inner beauty as a true natural return.
