A wild mysterious journey ------ Report of the wild summon, the classic 1903 back story of Jack London, a brave dog fighting for survival in the wilderness of Alaska, It is regarded as a masterpiece. Sometimes erroneously regarded as a child's novel, this epic vividly evokes the fiery and frozen Yukon during the gold rush. When the back was torn from his ruined environment and shipped to Alaska to become a sleigh dog, his primitive wolf-like character began to appear.
In my book "Into the Wild" about the short and chaotic life of McCandless, I reached another conclusion. I guess he poisoned himself by carelessly eating seeds from plants called wild potatoes. The planter calls it Hedysarum alpinum. According to my hypothesis, toxic alkaloids in the seed weakens McCandless, makes hiking to the highway and effective killing impossible, leading to starvation. My guess has been ridiculed, especially in Alaska, as Hedysarum alpinum is described as a scientific literature and a nontoxic species among popular books on edible plants.
"Wild call" published by American writer Jack London in 1903 conveys the story of the dog's resurrection in the Yukon's cold wilderness. This book is a popular piece of American literature classes (sometimes read by Walden and Huckleberry Finn). Novels are banned in Yugoslavia and Italy. In Yugoslavia, there was dissatisfaction that the book was "too radical". "Gulliver's Travels" is a famous satire novel by Jonathan Swift, but this work is forbidden for crazy, general urination and other controversial topics. I have seen Lemuel Gulliver's giant, horse story, sky town, and so on. As Swift mentioned politically sensitive content in his novel, the book was originally reviewed. "Gulliver's Travels" is also banned in Ireland with "evil and indecent".
At Gulliver's Travels, Gulliver was abandoned by an island crew. When Gulliver began exploring the surroundings, a group of wild people attacked him. These wild people are like humans, but behave like wild animals. Gulliver was aided by a few horses. Known as "Houyhnhnms", these horses are rational creatures with words and intellectual abilities. Horses call these living creatures like humans "Yahoos" and treat them as wild animals that can not deduce them. Gulliver is very surprised
