Computer: It can be said that it is one of the greatest inventions of mankind. It does everything from helping human work from simple daily work to heaven and other tasks. It connects us across the street with people all over the world. It allows us to accept and understand the situation. But for all the tasks modern computers can do accurately and easily, they still can not respond to our conscience and unconscious thinking. The classical way of human computer interaction is by mouse and keyboard.
This is my most ambitious forecast. The semantic gap between intuitive machines and rational machines will be bridged if it is not yet bridged. The concept of dual process theory (two cognitive mechanisms, one without model and one based on model) becomes a more general conceptualization of the way to build a new AI. The concept of artificial intuition is no longer a peripheral concept, but a more commonly accepted concept in 2018. Interpretability has two problems. A more general problem is that there are too many rules to explain what human beings can not master. Although not well-known, the second problem is that the machine creates an unspecified unexplained concept that is completely unfamiliar. I saw this with AlphaGo Zero and Alpha Zero's strategy. Humans will realize that this movement does not fit in molds, but they simply can not understand the logic behind this movement.
Ray Dalio uses his analogy in his "principle" to explain the process of achieving that goal. We have goals and results. The action you take fills the gap between goal and result. If the target is different from the result, the mechanical design is defective. Design and personnel make machine. Starting a book is somewhat similar to starting a startup. Everyone in the design is responsible. The publisher will fund the project. Like VC, they invested in 100 titles, and Barack Obama and Tim Ferriss compensated for their loss to all other writers. This is the law of the power of work. As Tim Ferriss said, his venture capital said, "This is a popular business.
