The logo is a very visible part of the image of the police station, a symbol of the image that the department wants the public to see. Creating this image begins with a description of the mission, which is an ongoing process further described in the Police Commissioner 's article "Branding Agent: Creating an Image of the Police Department" in the April 2004 issue. Human resource activities will include recruitment and selection of additional personnel, unless the program requires a personnel department. Prior to starting the action, the supervisor needs to decide which position needs to be filled and when to adopt it. Instead of immediately filling in all positions, we recommend gradually adopting. Taking time to carefully select and select all candidates will benefit the department over the long term. Good adaptation between officials and the community will result in longer consolidation by the staff.

Recently, we heard that more and more people refer to "the image of the police." This is another term representing police reputation. "Image" reflects the position of the department based on its achievements and services from the outside. This is a response from the public based on confidence and respect expressed by the public in the police department, or lack of such confidence and respect. In my opinion, police have paid even more than before and have never worked hard enough to deserve it. However, the police 's reputation seems to be mercury of thermometers today and tomorrow. Policing quality does not change. It has to be emphasized not only to win public respect but also to overcome it again and again.
