In Canada today, the idea of ​​"brain drain" in the United States may be a domestic political problem. "Brain drain" may be used as a reason for reducing income tax. Since the Americans believed in higher wages and lower income taxes in the 1990s, some people claimed Canada to the United States, especially in the software, aerospace, healthcare and entertainment industries, "brain drain" did. Some also said that engineers and scientists were also fascinated by the lack of more diverse work and research funding in Canada.

The cause of brain drain is complicated and deeply rooted in other aspects of Malaysian society. One of the main reasons for brain drain is employment prospects, economic and political problems. It is clearly understood that the influence of brain drain influences Malaysia's economic development and its desire to become a high-income economy by 2020. (Wong, 2010). 1 The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the increase in brain drainage and its impact on Malaysia. This is to find a solution to this problem and to lower the brain drain rate of Malaysia. In order to achieve this, analytical research will investigate Malaysian citizens' views on this brain drainage problem.

Brain drain refers to immigrants from workers who are well-trained or fully educated in a particular country. Brain drain can be divided into three forms. The first form is "primary external brain drain", which occurs when highly educated workers leave to work in developed countries. The second form is called "Secondary external brain drain". This occurs when highly educated workers leave their own country and work in other areas of the developing area. The last form is "internal brain drainage", when workers with high-level education are not working in the appropriate region of their own country, or when moving from one department in the country to another department It is a state.
