I like to visit Hakkala Botanic Gardens! It took about 2 hours to explore the various places in the garden. There are several wonderful trees and plants from all over the world, and the fern garden is wonderful. There were very few tourists on the day we were there, and it felt like we were around us in this beautiful garden. Many birds, we even saw a big black snake sleeping on the lawn! Some of the nearby hill views are wonderful. You feel you are at the top of the world! Nuwara Eliya Road has a bright and colorful Hindu temple and it is worth seeing.
