Booker T.Washington and W.E.B. Du Bois

Since they arrived in North America, black people have been oppressed being abused and becoming a country that is not as good as a human being. In an article written by W. E. B. Du Bowa said: "Sincerity and passionate belief, somewhere between humans and cows, God created his uncle and called it a black man" (Dubois). From the late nineteenth century to the 20th century, African Americans actively promoted economic and social progress. The outstanding leaders of this movement in the black community are Booker T. Washington and W. E. B.
