Although the price of books is rising, publishing activities are rapidly rising. The rise in book prices has been proved by improving the standards of book production and publication (Thompson, 2005). This is a well documented trend: in the United States and Europe, women account for about half of the Ph.D. in science and engineering, but only one in five has full professor qualification. According to the book published by the United States Geophysics Alliance several years ago, despite 40% of doctorate degrees in the field of earth science, women account for less than 10% of full-time professors. Regarding the introduction letter of postdoctoral scholarship, it is shown in natural articles that women's applicants are more likely to receive good letters for half of male applicants. In addition, women in the science field are increasingly reporting discrimination, harassment and abuse by sex in the workplace.
