In this paper, we first introduce the literature review that provides the importance of defining intercultural communication and studying it in language education, communication skills and intercultural communication skills. It will then show how foreign students can improve their intercultural abilities by learning the four basic technologies. Then it will finish its findings. William (2003: 132) defines intercultural communication as "exchange of cultural information between two people with markedly different cultural background". Jandt (1998: 36) also defines cross-cultural communication as "face-to-face dialogue between individuals of different cultures". Maletzke (1976: 39) is more specific in the definition of cross-cultural communication, which states that he is "the process of meaning and exchange of thought in different cultural individuals"

If they were taught empirically (eg pratyhra), is there a feedback process to verify or manage their experience? Do they sell "the truth" or are they sitting with them to study? Is alienation the only remedy? I know a lot about repairing, because reactivating people is a fix. Rules are conducted by the national bodies, their leaders, and members, since their bodies are resonant, how should exile and pain be corrected? Is it expert knowledge to decide who will get a solution or political? The director is based on (so-called) expertise, it can resonate only in the structure; if violence and opacity are structural, they resonate so anti-violence and transparency are too high
