Book Review of Ishiguro’s "The Remains of the Day"

Ishiguro's "Remains of the Day" written about 20 years ago. But this novel is still alive and kick as it may have a very dry humorous plot unless it is written in Ishiguro. Mr. Stevens, the protagonist, is a deacon of the British, and most of his career is for Darlington Sir Darlington Hall. Sir Darlington is a very prominent figure among British aristocrats. It is the saddest book I have ever read that does not let me go, breaking my heart in the slowest and most cruel way. But the beauty of this book arises from these emotions. After completing this book, I held it for a few minutes because I do not want to put it forever. The last 30 pages are the most noble page I have ever read.

I think Ian McEwan's "Atonement" and Kazuo Ishiguro's "Today's Relics" are wonderful movies. I have never read the book.
