Today, the world has been interconnected more than ever and companies discovering that the borders and time zones are irrelevant for companies that appeared in the past decades. Some of these industries are software, information and communication technology. These companies are not only the most international companies, but also autonomously in Japan, cooperating with contract enforcement agencies. These agencies may be highly desirable for efficient and reliable work of modern technology companies.

Others think that it began at the end of the 20th century. Strengthening international economic cooperation, establishing multinational companies, emergence of new technology development such as the Internet. Today the Internet is the best tool for quick access to information and is totally symbolizing globalization. For globalization, the state government faces difficulties because the roles and activities of international organizations violate their sovereign to a certain extent. The main international organizations are the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Multinational companies, ideas that emerged after the emergence of globalization are not really multinational companies or multinational corporations.
