Book Club 3: Connection to the Modern World

In "Black like me", the person who is silent is black, and the book shows the way blacks live, in the 1960s blacks had fewer rights and respect than white people. I am silent about the black people because they do not have the power to express their choice and how they fall. Blacks are discriminated and have no power on what happens and what will happen. I am told that the story is a black man, because that book talks about the lives of the black people. Joseph Marshall's Street Soldier is a moving book. This book is about his life and how he founded the Omega Boys Club. Omega Boys Club is a club that helps children in the city leave the city. There is a connection between the writer's life and an event in the novel. For example, his work has had a big influence on him, such as his personality traits, his special skills, all he does for society, and his daily life's impact on others I understand.
