Ballet is a beautiful and romantic performing art. It began with the Italian court system of the 15th century (Jonas). Since its founding, the ballet has undergone many changes and has been recognized worldwide. Ballet is highly appreciated by many people, with exquisite clothes, cheers of audiences, lighting, movement of weightlessness, and beauty. At the magical stage, ballerinas can become people who wish they want to be a fantasy world. For these reasons, children around the world, especially young girls, dream of becoming a ballerina as they grow up.
The media constantly disseminates large amounts of images and information, spreading unrealizable, unrealistic and beautiful images This image is always centered on disturbed meals and physical complaints, especially girls. Over the years, the ideal body shape has evolved from a luxurious curved image imitating a slim and slim frame to Marilyn Monroe (Katzmarzk & Davis, 2001), which is consistent with high-end fashion models such as Kate Moss. Anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa affect 1 to 4% of young adult women (American Psychiatric Association, 1994).
Eating disorders are serious mental and physical diseases that develop around weight, body image and food. Eating disorders include anorexia, bulimia and bulimia. Several outsiders ignore these diseases, but if left untreated these diseases can become fatal. Eating disorders are closely related to depression and other psychiatric disorders. According to the National Association of anorexia nervosa and related diseases, about 50% of people with eating disorders also have some form of depression. Eating disorders are mental illnesses and it is important to recognize that there is a deeper cause than the desire to create a better body image.
Eating disorders are complex mental illness caused by genetic and environmental factors - negative body images are only potential contributors. However, since many people with eating disorders emphasize their body shape and weight when deciding their own self-worth, negative body images stand out in eating disorders. This "overestimate of shape and weight", although it is a part, is not a symptom of all eating disorders. Human self-assessment is unduly affected by body shape and body weight, consistent with diagnosis of neurogenic anorexia or bulimia nervosa. Diagnosis of nervous anorexia is incompatible with not being able to recognize the weight or body severity of the person or the current low body weight.
