The problem to be investigated is that the ethical dilemma faced by board members can affect their ability to become effective leaders. This issue concerns the ethical issues addressed by Hewlett-Packard (HP) and Pretexting, that is, the case study of the regulatory committee for the disclosure of confidential information of the Board and the questionnaire survey of the directors.
