People behind Blue Planet 2 said they would take a little time to shoot, they did not encounter plastic in the sea.
Assistant Producer Sarah Conner said, "There is little diving, no plastic from fishing line, sweet wrapping paper, plastic bottle found."
"When you are on the ship's ocean, when you notice garbage during transport, we will do our best to stop garbage and pick it up just as you would like to do with the sea."
In Sunday's episode, many living things are wrapped in plastic in the ocean and you will see how the audience will get caught in a plastic bag
Fortunately, on this occasion photographer Rafa Herrero Massieu released the turtle and walked towards the downstream without injuries.
Executive Producer James Honeyborne says:
James Honeybourne said: "This may lead to high level chemical contamination of big predators like pilot whales"
"People currently believe that plastics will play a role in increasing the intake of pollutants."
James Honeyborne told Newsbeat that scientists doing more research on microplastic are "important".
"Strangely, it is usually the most distant island with plastics contamination," James Honeybourne says.
"This is also because there is a swirl that concentrates plastics on numerous" garbage spots "towards the center of each sea, called a turn.
"Since I saw a dead bird's leg wrapped in a plastic bag, I could die because I could not feed and fly," Sarah Connor said.
Intake of plastics has been reported to kill many marine organisms, from turtles to albatrosses.
At one time, the crew had to save the humpback whales tangled from British Columbia.
"The crew stayed at the whale for nine hours until the rescue team released all ropes and release the whales again," said James Honeybourne.
Photographer Rafa Herrero Massieu says: "The greatest sorrow of the pilot whale can be felt, so the most difficult thing is to deal with our emotions."
"Their parents pick up plastic liners in the ocean, think they are edible, and have to feed them to the young," James Honeybourne says.
At the end of 2017, the Blue Planet 2 showed us how our plastic garbage would affect the stunning shots of marine life, fish and birds. The audience witnessed a turtle put in a plastic bag (fortunately it was released by video grapher), watching how microplastic caused industrial pollution of marine life, and whales carrying the dead It was filmed by. There is no possibility that the pollution of the sea became intoxication, then I will not let go of the scene, the scene left a grieving newborn baby
This motivation reduces this motivation to the change in the BBC Wildlife Series Blue Planet II, which gives us a face-to-face understanding of the effects of waste plastics on fish, birds and mammals on our oceans and coastlines. Since then, it has become a topic of dialogue and action among consumers, businesses and governments around the world. So why is this an urgent problem? The main reason is that in our convenience-oriented culture, mobile consumption is greatly increasing and we are used to providing fresh foods we expect to supermarkets. Recently, our recycling efforts are becoming difficult, and China prohibits importing plastic waste. Since packing is accumulated, substitution of large scale recycling is a necessary condition for government and industry.
Plastic in the sea has a serious impact on humans. The population of the world depends on fish as the staple food of our diet. Plastic is killing marine life. They eat it, it does not digest, filling their belly, and not allowing other foods to be consumed. Together with major problems such as overfishing and oxygen consumption caused by climate change, we are destroying the fishery at astonishingly rapid speed. Destroying a fishery means human food shortage, starvation, and ultimate war. My wife and I are trying to avoid falling into a consumerist trap by buying all the toys of the 2 year old daughter under the sun. Minimalism is the name of the game. We just brought the toys home and made us happy. Key points: We like LEGO bricks. LEGO block is made of non recyclable plastic and it is very bad for the environment. But they are developing new non-oleaginous plastics, and I appreciate this effort.
