The course management system of Blackboard Inc. is used throughout the campus of New York City University. This semester was particularly unpopular after a series of technical problems. In March, because Blackboard software was offline for three days, it was impossible for students and professors to access materials from many courses. So I will just download the employment newsletter and presentation slide. Other than that, nothing is misused and Blackboard Learn is not very useful. The design of this site is also very bad, it seems to be pasted directly to the new version using CSS of 2005.
