During interphase, the cells undergo normal proliferative processes and prepare for cell division at the same time. In order to move cells from spacing to mitosis, many internal and external conditions must be fulfilled. The three phases of the interval are called G1, S and G2.

From the microscopic viewpoint, there is almost no change, so the first phase of the interval is called the G1 phase (first phase). However, in the G1 phase, the cells are very active at the biochemical level. Cells accumulate enough energy storage to accomplish the task of accumulating the chromosomal DNA and related protein building blocks and replicating each chromosome in the nucleus.

The nuclear DNA maintains the semicondensed chromatin configuration throughout the interval. In S phase, DNA replication can be performed by a mechanism that results in the formation of the same pair of DNA molecules (sister chromatids) firmly attached to the centromere region. The centrosome is repeated for the S phase. These two centrosomes will produce a mitotic spindle, a device that regulates the movement of chromosomes during mitosis. At the center of each animal cell, the central body of the animal cell is associated with a pair of rod-shaped objects (central granules) which are perpendicular to each other. The central granule helps tissue division. Central granules are not found in centers of other eukaryotic species such as plants and most fungi

In G 2 phase, the cells supplement their own energy storage and synthesize proteins necessary for chromosome manipulation. Several organelles are replicated and the cytoskeleton is removed to provide resources for the mitotic phase. There may be further cell proliferation during G2. Final preparation of the mitosis phase must be completed before the first phase when cells enter mitosis

My love and curiosity for nature has made me choose biology as my profession. I would like to pursue the field of science that is most closely related to nature. Biology, especially cell biology, gives me a deeper understanding of nature. When I was a child, I was spontaneously inspired when I spent a lot of time hiking and collecting bugs through nature's way. I am attracted to all science, but I recognize that biology leads to a better understanding of the world surrounding me. In preparation for my major, I will take all essential courses necessary for biology major. In addition, I also participated in biology related elective subjects to expand the knowledge base. These elective subjects include botanical courses including science history courses and research elements. In addition to the lecture itself, I have posted several scientific articles in my current university newspaper.

At the undergraduate level, I am majoring in "integrated biology". Every time I talk to people, a lot of people ask, "What does this mean?" Regardless of which track you are on, in addition to your own track requirements, you must take at least one course on the other track. I entered the orbit of human biology and explored the choice to become a physiotherapist one day. However, in order to satisfy ecological requirements, I entered the introductory course of environmental toxicology. This is very attractive to me, as we need to understand not only the impact of artificial chemicals on the ecosystem but also the impact these chemicals have on my species. I learned that catastrophic chemicals that humans have released onto the planet are momentuming their convenience, consumerism, and capitalism. When I attended college, this course eventually became one of my favorite courses.
