Oprah Winfrey is one of the American and the world's celebrities, from the poor girls of the time to one of the wealthiest top daytime talk show hosts. Success as her entrepreneur contributes to the ability to overcome several obstacles. As an African-American woman, she is faced with obstacles to discrimination and entrepreneurial spirit and she should stop pursuing her dream. Through her passion, perseverance and effort, Oprah established her own production company Harpo Productions, Inc. Currently it has developed into an empire.

Before proceeding, I will briefly introduce Oprah Winfrey's resume. That way we will be able to understand her sources and the way we got there. Oprah was born as a single married "temporary mother" in a small town in the state of Mississippi. In other words, she did not have an image of her father at birth until she was 14 years old. Fortunately, her grandmother looked after her. "Her world got worse at the age of six." She moved to Milwaukee where her mother found a job. (She has been six years already, but I do not know how it feels under the protection of a responsible male statue.) When her mother was not at home, Oprah received "repeatedly harassed" by her male relatives and her mother's friends. Anxious aspects of her life lasted about five years. At the age of 14, she gave birth to a dead child during the baby. After the incident she moved to Tennessee with her father. (About time!)

Oprah Winfrey is a host of talk shows, actors, producers, and philanthropists. Winfree is Chairman and CEO of her wired network OWN. Oprah Winfrey Network, the founder of Oprah Magazine, hosted Oprah Winfrey Show, the highest rated talk show ever. . She founded the Oprah Winfree Girls Leadership Study Group in South Africa and was awarded the Presidential Freedom Medal from President Barack Obama in 2013. Tracee Ellis Ross is an actor, an artist, passionate and exciting speaker. Tracee starred in the ABC comedy series Black-ish and she won the 3 rd National Association Award for the advancement of images of colored people for her "comedy series best actress". Tracee is a female supporter who understands real, real beauty.
