Biography of Michael Phelps

Michael Phelps broke the record with 7 gold medals with 8 gold medals (Jack Bio: career of Michael Phelps) and created history. These Olympics have made Michael Phelps a famous person. He is well known as he is an excellent swimmer. Children are hoping that Phelps will someday look like him. Three months after swimming in Beijing, Michael Phelps was caught by a smoker (Papa) smoking a glass tube or marijuana. In 2009, the British newspaper (Crouse) released a picture of Phelps holding a pipe that looked like smoking.

A 15 year old student Michael Phelps returned to Martinsville West High School with a pistol. At the entrance to school, Phelps shot a 15-year-old Chance Jackson twice in the abdomen and was seriously injured. Phelps escaped from school and dropped the pistol; he was arrested soon. Jackson had to undergo three surgeries to save his life; he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder. Phelps was convicted of attempted murder in August 2011 and was sentenced to 30 years imprisonment and 5 years probationary observation
