Edward Joseph Snowden was born in Elizabeth, North Carolina on June 21, 1983 and is an American computer expert and former employee of the National Security Agency (NSA). He also worked at Central Intelligence Agency "CIA". Snowden moved to Ellicott City with his family in 1995, where he studied computers at Ann Arrander Community College from 1999 to 2005. In the meantime, he worked for the military for four months.
