Big Brother

"Big Brother" represents government that continues to control and monitor. In this book, George Orwell came up with a world in which the totalitarian government completely and completely controls their citizens. This is the world where the government constantly monitors the citizens through the TV screen, and the TV screen must always be kept open. In this world, children are taught to watch their parents to help the government. This is a very dark, desperate and hellish world without creativity and freedom.
