Women of this book, Beyond Suffrage; New Deal introduced the role of women in the 1930s from a different perspective than many people thought. The purpose of this book is to make readers better understand the role that women play in politics during the New Deal. Because of its broad perspective, I took a few specific examples from the book to give you a better understanding and detailed them. Author Susan Ware initially laid the foundation for a female network. In the 1930s, many different organizations began to develop and women began participating in decision-making.
