Awesome photos on? Songo Pond is within 5 minutes to the south from the city center. The paved Sunday road branches off Highway 2 several miles north of the city and then passes through the farm along the same name flow in the shadow of the ski resort. Four miles away, there is a postcard that was built in 1872, perfect for Sunday's River Bridge. This is called an artist's covered bridge. The color of the roadside is very good, but if you are staying in the river on Sunday you can take Chondola to the top of the mountain ($ 15 for adult roundtrip, $ 10 for children) and leave the area's leaves You can enjoy it. River Brewing Company on Sunday enjoyed snacks on the way back to town.
Heading northwest, finally passing through Grafton Canyon State Park, a beautiful mountainside surrounds the road. In the process, you can do a lot of photos in side streets and a short hike. (If you are not very active, consider hiking at Step Falls Preserve.) It runs 6 miles along the scenic ridge, then 8 miles from the Appalachian Trail in the park where the color explodes and jumps into the valley of the river. The valley continues to farmland on the outskirts of Andover. One of our favorite ways to celebrate autumn is to drive for a long lazy weekend. When colored leaves and refreshing days returned to this area we gathered five amazing northern Virginia scenic spots. Our favorite route is perfect for going out slowly, but we recommend multiple stops and activities on the way to hiking, history, dining, drinks and more enjoyable local activities. Autumn means the fun of the pumpkin in the southern part of Virginia, from large festival festivals like Cox Farm to small pumpkin halides and local garden equipment center. Not only the maize maze, but also the quirky games such as pumpkin's pachinko, pig varieties and tunnel rolls will come back. Please click the link to find the perfect pumpkin near you
