It is only half that clarifying the benefits of adding job based learning to high school student transcripts. We must also consider the various support strata needed to provide practical experience at all schools. Before the school community can add work based learning, we should evaluate the following dynamics. First of all, it is necessary for our educators to believe in the value of professional experience and understanding, not the career - nonprofit organization, community college, or other 4 years for each student who leads to the university. To disseminate this belief, further research and examples may be needed to show students how to learn more effectively through workplace learning.

What kind of job-based learning experience do the students have? Schools vary in their ability to integrate work-based learning experiences. The Los Angeles Institute of Health Sciences is expanding the learning experience based on that occupation every year. For new students and second graders undergraduates and graduate students majoring in health and medicine teach students through small research projects. In junior high and high school, students participate in work shadow programs and internships. In order to qualify, students prepare for periodic course training in previous years. In the 12th grade, qualified students will participate in the service internship in that field. The school employs a work-based learning coordinator to connect students with industry partners.
