As a good leader, I think this is the easiest job. If you think so, the only thing you need to do is to help students (Tutees) to learn subjects that they have difficulty to understand on time, due to the flexibility of time. 'Or' B 'But everything you think is wrong. Before you know how careful you are, the students do not care how much you know.
One of the secrets to becoming a good leader is to get acquainted with your audience. Parents usually think they know best, but you know the students, and you know them well. I gradually realized that being a mentor and treating students with parents is an art that can be learned. If you are a parent and you are reading this, do not panic. As a mentor, we think that you think you know best about your child's weakness, and most of the time, you will find it. But we also know how to deal with students. This is especially true when the instructor is close to the age of the student. It is because the student cultivates such a spirit and becomes able to trust a tutor.
Counseling is everywhere. A good leader is aware of the importance of combining their teaching and instruction in the classroom. Since the teacher and its parents are watching their students every day, tutoring with a student once a week and a 1: 1 working tutor need to respect the amount of learning when you are not there. When teachers use counseling around them, this is a great help for the students. As a former high school math and science teacher, I do not have time to offer fully personalized learning for my students. Make sure that your teacher has a syllabus of your teacher and keep up with your students' grades. Even better, please communicate with your tutor regularly (weekly, monthly, or "on a regular" approach) to check and review your students' strengths and weaknesses. For young students, I encourage you to communicate more frequently with your tutor.
