Culture is a well-known term that is difficult to define. Here are some examples: 'Culture is shared by groups of people, and each vaguely basic assumption and value that affects each member and his / her behavior (but not sure), the orientation of life, A set of beliefs, policies, procedures, and behavior practices Explanation of "meaning" of others' actions. There are three different cultural understandings here, but knowing how culture understands incompatibility, whether actions and reactions are appropriate, and possible solutions form shapes It is a good thing to keep it.
Culture is the most powerful tool to create value for an organization as it leads behavior. Corporate culture consists of learning (or hypothesis) behavior patterns within the organization. An important element of these behavioral patterns is that they are built on deeper assumptions. Therefore, three key elements of corporate culture are to learn them, they are patterns, and there are potential assumptions to promote them. Culture is important as it helps to explain and predict individual and team behavior. It is important to recognize these three elements. Recognizing learning culture helps to understand that it takes time and energy to change culture; we learn from experience, so if we want to influence culture, we change the process Not only need to create a correct experience. By recognizing that culture is a behavioral model, you can concentrate on those dealing with a wide range of behaviors, not isolated actions.
These assumptions, methods, or symbols are established to produce a strong motivation for these people to adopt or accept previous behavior, choices, or tools. . Simply put, it is a way to think about what people in the group share and what they share, which is how they live. The ideal is to have agile collective thinking that everyone decides by the team, but it all begins with individuals. I worked with the wonderful people who I think reflect this way of thinking. They will attack their work in a positive attitude and provide advice on overcoming obstacles. They often ask questions, understand what makes them the biggest benefit of the company, and often come up with innovative solutions during the experiment. They have a realistic and practical attitude and are focused on supporting the team's success.
