Before I Forget

Last year was a wonderful year. I have many conditions, but everyone seems like this, it's okay. I can manage a lot of things; I need to write it down before I forget. I can have ideas anywhere, but I carry my own note at work or anywhere because I can quickly forget it. Now I have not really forgotten everything, this is an intermediate stage of Alzheimer's disease. That is how it repeats the same problem over and over again. I stayed there for several years from that stage. I have forgotten lots of things all day. This is the main symptom of Alzheimer's disease, but that is not the only one. There are more. I really do not remember what they are doing now ... but trust me or go see them.
