Introduction Beer games are role-playing simulations developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the 1960's to clarify the benefits of integrated approach to supply chain management. We developed this computer version of beer game to make it easier to play beer games and explain issues of supply chain management that can not be proved with traditional (non-computerized) beer games. This game is distributed in the D textbook "Design and Management Supply Chain".

The purpose of the beer game is to minimize the total cost of everyone in the supply chain by reducing inventory and managing all orders (http://supplychain.mit.edu/games/beer-game , 2011). However, I failed to create a game. The following is a summary of the events that occurred during the game. In the process of playing the game, we follow a zero strategy stating that "your personal inventory is upstream when zero inventory is higher than demand." This rule primarily determines the format of the game and affects the results of inventory and backorder. Retailers made a pretty good start in the game. In the fifth week when customer's demand increased, inventory increased by 12, inventory decreased. In the sixth week, retailers began accepting orders from customers because there was no shipment and whips did not work.

The game starts with balance. The customer orders 10 cases of beer, and we have 10 boxes of inventory per week. The game is easy: at 2 weeks the customer increased the order from 10 weeks of the week to 15 boxes of beer. The goal is to equilibrate the system, and now 15 beers are becoming common. We have experienced several times in this game, but we found it difficult to manage and manage.
