Avoid volunteer activities without disposition. If you are afraid of fire or physical condition, please do not become a volunteer firefighter. If you fain when you see blood, please do not become a volunteer health assistant. If you have a bad relationship with your child, please do not apply for your child's science class. Let other people leave the role that does not suit you. Please find a more suitable role for you. Or tell volunteers what your skills are and let them find a better position for your talent and interests. It is more convenient to spend several hours doing what you can do rather than volunteering over what you do not suit for a lot of time.
