This research examines the complex interrelationship between the various static and dynamic elements of physical appeal, and their contribution to the positive impact of the evaluation of overall appeal and early impression. Two independent undergraduate groups completed the measurement by self-assessment of social and communication skills, and took video shooting and filming during the first encounter in the lab environment. The video clip or picture is then presented to an independent judge having multiple evaluations on physical appeal, initial cuteness, and appeal of being an appointment day. The data has a series of structural equation models. The model that provides the best data shows that the dynamic elements of facial beauty and appeal are the most important elements in the overall assessment of appeal. And it affects the first impression and enthusiasm for the desire as a potential dating system.
