Bead Bar is a company with three divisions: (1) studio, (2) franchise, and (3) Bead Bar. The studio department oversees the company's six Pearl bar studios. As with the original, there are currently two studios in New York City, one in Long Island, one in Washington, DC and one in Boston, Massachusetts. The franchise division sells complete bead supply packages to companies wanting to set up their own bead studios. This department is responsible for fulfilling the franchisee's supply requirements.

Imagine a rope with a series of beads. Beads represent your goals, relationships and priorities. Lifting the rope like this may cause the beads to slide off the floor.
