Battle of the Bulge

"Blade Battle" was one of the most important battles of the European Theater during World War II. This is also "the biggest and most blood fight in American history" (4). A surprise attack was done from December 16, 1944 until January 25, 1945 (4). The battle took place in the Ardennes Forest in Luxembourg, Germany, France and Belgium. It is said that the Ardennes region is densely populated and can not pass tanks.

The battle of Bulge is also known as the battle of the Ardennes. When Winston Churchill invokes German tactics, it is said that it was called a bulging fight. This is the last attempt Hitler wins the war. It was held in the winter from 1944 to 1945 at the end of the war.
