Basic Principles of Curriculum and Instruction by Ralph Tyler

Ralph Taylor outlines the four essential components of the course in his book 'Basic Principles of Curriculum and Education'. These four basic elements include educational goals (or goals), educational experience (or learning activities), organization and evaluation (Tyler, 1949, p. 1). Taylor talked about each of these four elements, but nearly half of the book was devoted to a part of the goal.

As a trainer, clear deterministic learning goals are developed by clients, and learning is expected to be a useful experience for candidates with cumulative effect. Taylor's model applies the importance of evaluating the course and changing the aspects that the effect is not proven. Therefore, the importance of continuous professional development, evaluation, evaluation and deliberation plays an important role in the curriculum product model.
