Basic Principles of Control System

This experiment on ball and beam is to understand how the control system works. The main purpose of the experiment was to design a controller that caused the ball to move to a stable position after generating the disturbance. Proportional control, manual control, and PD control are implemented to observe the operation of the system. During the observation, the most effective control observed was PD control using a high frequency integration filter to eliminate noise caused by differential gain.

Lecture: 2.5 hours laboratory: 4.5 hours students learn the fundamental refrigeration system principle including system component refrigerant, basic force, motor, home and commercial system control and test equipment.
