The three most useful techniques I learned in this course are cut matching, eye liner matching, and one-third rule. Matchcuts create the ability to create movies and viewers forget to remember that they forgot to watch the movie. Eye liner matching enables smooth transition between cuts. One-third rule creates a visually favorable lens that appeals to the audience. These are the three tools I use most and are strictly adhered to.
